My cooking career started when I made my own skirt steak marinade out of a bunch of sauces and spices I found in my parents kitchen. I was 5 years old. I currently live in Philadelphia with my wife and two awesome kids, and I'm a full time student. One day, I will open a fast casual sous-vide BBQ restaurant, and I'll call it sous-vi-cue.I cook because I love to cook and because I've always cooked. It relaxes me. I also love to share my unique creations with others and get feedback. As a full time student, it doesn't hurt to make a few extra bucks a week if I'm cooking anyway!
