About Nathanael

I have been cooking my whole life, its literally in my blood. I use a combination of my Mother's family recipes and paired with my own creativity and techniques. I have hosted many parties at my house for which I cook for 50 or more people. I love to watch people eat and enjoy my food. I cook with love and integrity, and would never serve anything to anyone that I would not serve to my own family and friends.

What spice defines you, and why?

The spice that would best describe me is paprika, because its the subtle flavor within many recipes that you can't quite put you finger on, but you would know if it was missing.
